The Opportunity We are hiring a Strategy Manager to work directly with the Managing Director, operating as an extension of the MD’s Office. This role is designed for top-tier consulting talent looking to transition into an operating environment, with end-to-end ownership of strategy and execution. You will work on high-stakes, high-impact problems spanning growth strategy, new ventures, capital allocation, and organizational priorities.

What You’ll Do

1. 1. Solve High-Impact Strategic Problems
   • Work closely with the MD on ambiguous, high-priority business questions
   • Structure problems, develop hypotheses, and drive data-backed recommendations
   • Lead deep-dives on market entry, expansion, and investment decisions
2. 2. Drive End-to-End Execution
   • Translate strategy into clear execution roadmaps
   • Work cross-functionally to ensure delivery against key priorities
   • Track outcomes, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure closure
3. 3. Own Business Performance Insights
   • Build and drive data-led performance tracking frameworks
   • Identify risks and opportunities across business verticals
   • Enable sharper decision-making through structured insights
4. 4. Lead Special Projects & New Initiatives
   • Drive 0→1 initiatives, partnerships, and new business opportunities
   • Work on strategic projects across real estate, hospitality, and adjacencies
5. 5. Operate as the MD’s Thought Partner
   • Prepare materials for investors, partners, and leadership discussions
   • Act as a force multiplier for the MD across priorities

Job Description | Manager - Strategy

Who We’re Looking For Background

• 3–8 years of experience in top-tier consulting (McKinsey / BCG / Bain preferred) or equivalent strategy roles
• MBA from a top global institution (Ivy League / Tier 1/ Tier 2 or equivalent preferred)

Capabilities

• Exceptional structured problem-solving, analytical reasoning, and first principles thinking, with the ability to operate effectively in high-ambiguity environments and with minimal guidance.
• Strong business judgment, commercial acumen, ownership mindset, and ability to independently drive projects, initiatives, and deliverables from concept through execution.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, modelling, Power Query, PivotTables, dashboards, forecasting, and management reporting.
• Strong proficiency in Business Intelligence and reporting platforms, including Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense, Looker, and SAP Analytics Cloud, for dashboards, KPI tracking, performance reporting, data visualization, and business insights.
• Strong capability in project and business document preparation, including business plans, project reports, proposals, presentations, management reports, analytical papers, executive summaries, and other decision-support materials.
• Excellent PowerPoint, data storytelling, and executive communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, structured, and compelling outputs for senior stakeholders.

Technology & AI

• Strong familiarity with generative AI and AI-powered productivity tools, including ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, Claude, and other emerging AI platforms.
• Ability to apply AI effectively across research, analysis, problem-solving, content generation, document creation, and decision support.
• Strong understanding of AI-assisted workflow automation, with the ability to identify repetitive processes and leverage technology to improve productivity, efficiency, and turnaround times.
• Ability to evaluate, test, and adopt emerging AI applications, automation tools, and digital solutions based on business requirements and potential business value.
• Strong technology orientation with the ability to rapidly learn and implement new AI and digital technologies in a dynamic business environment.
• Proactive approach to identifying opportunities where AI and emerging technologies can enhance business processes, innovation, execution, and organizational effectiveness.
