Job summary

Route Mobile Limited in Mumbai seeks a Strategy Manager – Engage & Protect Business Partner to define and drive transversal transformation, long‑term strategy, and expansion into new markets in partnership with PXS International leaders. You will track progress and report to the BU Protect & Engage lead.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Strategy, or a related field.
• Minimum experience: 10+ years in strategic planning, business transformation, or a related area; consulting experience preferred.
• Language skills: English (other languages are an asset).
• Proven experience managing large‑scale transformation projects.
• Strong strategic and business acumen, analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Project management expertise and ability to collaborate with diverse teams.

The Strategy Manager – Engage & Protect Business Partner will define and drive transversal transformation and strategic initiatives such as long‑term strategy definition, expansion into new markets and synergy cases in partnership with relevant PXS International leaders. The employee will track and report on the progress and impact of these initiatives to the lead of the BU Protect and Engage.
