Corporate Strategy

This role provides strategic analysis and guidance to the Senior Leadership team regarding growth opportunities, market research, and financial modeling. The position involves cross‑industry collaboration within Energy, Technology, and Infrastructure sectors, and supports the Head of Corporate Strategy with executive administration and meeting preparation.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, manage, and analyze existing business plans and strategies to advise leadership, ensuring alignment with the overall strategy.
• Develop growth strategy options by analyzing global trends, competitor analysis, and market research.
• Identify new business opportunities and evaluate strategic fit with the group.
• Interpret evolving technology and digital landscape implications for the group businesses.
• Provide key reports to Senior Leadership on global macro trends, sector updates, future outlook, M&A updates, and industrial trends.
• Analyze financial databases and construct financial models.
• Serve as point of contact and liaison with internal and external stakeholders, including senior executives and consultants.
• Coordinate with executive assistants across other business and functions.
• Prepare draft responses and concept notes as required.
• Support the Head of Strategy in preparing presentations and reports for internal and external engagements such as board committee meetings, delegation visits, and CEO interactions.
• Conduct research, analysis, and gather data to prepare briefs for internal and external meetings.
• Maintain activity trackers for assignments over extended time periods, with stringent deadlines and involvement of multiple teams.

EA Support

• Provide day‑to‑day support to the Head of Corporate Strategy, including oversight for Sustainability, CSR, CBMC, and Corporate IT functions.
• Maintain action points and to‑do lists across all functional areas.
• Coordinate with executive assistants across the organization.
