Job summary

Meolaa E-commerce Private Limited is seeking a sharp, high-ownership professional to work directly with the Founders in Bengaluru. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, and execution, driving critical initiatives across functions to move the business fast without losing clarity.

You will own cross-functional projects, identify whitespace opportunities, and synthesize data into clear recommendations, with strong emphasis on execution and delivery in a high-growth startup

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience in a high-growth startup, consulting, or investment environment.
• MBA from a Tier 1 institution preferred.
• Strong first-principles thinker who can move between strategy and ground-level execution.
• High ownership — you treat problems as yours until they are solved.
• Comfortable with ambiguity; you create structure, not wait for it.
• Prior exposure to e-commerce, D2C, or consumer businesses is a strong plus.
