Job summary

Notion Press is seeking a driven candidate to join our growing team as an Author Relations and Marketing Support professional. You will be pivotal in understanding authors' needs after publication and providing effective solutions, with a focus on building strong relationships and guiding marketing efforts.

This role requires 0–1 year of experience, excellent English communication, a Bachelor’s in Business/Marketing/Literature, and a self-motivated, team-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• 0–1 year of experience in any industry; customer-facing experience is a bonus.
• Strong communication skills in English; second language is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing/Literature or related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with authors and ensure they feel supported post-publication.
• Guide authors in marketing and promotional efforts aligned with their goals.
• Monitor marketing campaign effectiveness and author book sales with actionable feedback.
• Act as the primary contact for author concerns, resolving issues promptly.
• Foster long-term relationships to encourage ongoing engagement with Notion Press services.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

Requirements
