Notion Press, India’s largest publishing platform for independent authors, is seeking a Business Development Executive in Chennai (Egmore). Open to fresh graduates with 0–3 years in sales/consulting, you will speak with aspiring authors, understand their publishing goals, recommend publishing solutions, and guide them through the process.

This role offers a target-driven environment with a competitive salary and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of experience in sales/consulting.
• Good spoken and written English.
• Comfortable speaking with people over phone and email.
• Ability to meet targets.

Responsibilities

• Speak with aspiring authors who registered on the Notion Press platform.
• Understand their book ideas, goals, and publishing needs.
• Recommend the right publishing solutions for them.
• Guide authors through the publishing process.
• Build trust and long-term relationships with authors.
