We are seeking a driven, self-motivated candidate to join our growing organization. In this position, you will be pivotal in understanding the needs of authors who publish with us and providing effective solutions. This role requires high energy, strong interpersonal skills, a keen awareness of current trends, and a customer-focused approach.

In this role you will

Manage relationships with authors, ensuring they feel supported post-publication.

Guide authors in their marketing and promotional efforts, ensuring strategies are aligned with their goals.

Monitor marketing campaign effectiveness and book sales, providing authors with insightful feedback and actionable steps for improvement.

Act as the primary point of contact for any author concerns, addressing them promptly and efficiently.

Foster long-term relationships with authors, encouraging continuous engagement with Notion Press services.

A perfect candidate has

0-1 year of experience in any industry. Customer-facing experience is a bonus.

The enthusiasm to interact with a lot of interesting people on a daily basis.

Strong communication skills with strong command over the English language. A second language is a plus.

Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing/Literature, or a related field.

The ability to find solutions quickly and desire to grow with a confident and determined approach.

Should possess the skill to work both in a team and also perform independently.
