Job summary

Notion Press in Chennai is hiring for a Sales/Consulting role focused on helping aspiring authors publish their books. You will engage authors via phone and email, assess their publishing goals, and tailor publishing solutions while building lasting relationships. The role offers growth, ESOPs, and a competitive compensation package.

We welcome candidates with a passion for books, great communication, and the drive to meet sales targets in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• 0 - 3 years of experience in sales / consulting.
• Comfortable speaking with people over phone and email.
• Good spoken and written English.
• Motivated by targets, incentives, and career growth.
• Can work independently and take ownership of your results.
• Speak multiple languages.
• Enjoy reading books, writing, or creative conversations.
• Have worked in sales or client-facing roles before.

At Notion Press, you’ll work at the intersection of technology, publishing, and creativity, helping authors turn their ideas into books that inspire readers everywhere.

What You’ll Do

• Speak with aspiring authors who have registered on the Notion Press platform


• Understand their book ideas, goals, and publishing needs

NOTE: You DO NOT need publishing experience or prior sales experience to apply for this role.
