Lenovo is seeking an experienced Strategy professional in Bengaluru to support planning, leadership reviews, and strategic transformations. You will lead cross-functional projects from problem framing to execution, analyze performance and market trends, and craft compelling executive presentations for senior stakeholders.

The role requires 4–7 years in strategy or related fields, an MBA, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with AI tools to accelerate insights and content creation.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of relevant experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, business transformation, business management, commercial operations or strategic project roles.
• MBA or equivalent postgraduate management qualification from a leading global or Indian institution; exceptional candidates with comparable experience are encouraged to apply.
• Strong analytical ability, commercial judgment and comfort with ambiguous problems.
• Excellent executive communication and advanced PowerPoint skills.
• Proficiency with AI tools to accelerate research, analysis, synthesis and high-quality business content.

What We Are Looking For

• 4-7 years of relevant experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, business transformation, business management, commercial operations or strategic project roles.
• Full-time MBA or equivalent postgraduate management qualification from a leading global or Indian institution. Exceptional candidates with comparable experience are also encouraged to apply.
• Strong analytical ability, commercial judgment and comfort working with ambiguous business problems.
• Excellent executive communication and advanced PowerPoint skills, with the ability to turn complex information into clear, compelling leadership presentations.
• Practical proficiency with AI tools to accelerate research, analysis, synthesis and creation of high-quality business content, combined with disciplined validation of outputs.
• Experience working with senior leaders and influencing stakeholders without formal authority.
• Demonstrated ability to move from recommendation to implementation and measurable impact.
• Intellectual honesty and the confidence to challenge assumptions constructively.
• B2B go-to-market exposure is preferred; technology, devices, infrastructure, services or adjacent-sector experience is an advantage.
