Job summary

Atom Lifts India Pvt Ltd in Chennai is seeking a Stores & Logistics Executive to manage inventory, warehouse operations, and material dispatch across procurement to production and service teams. You will maintain accurate records in ERP systems, coordinate with multiple departments, and ensure timely material movement while keeping traceability.

The role requires proactive, detail-oriented individuals with strong organizational skills and experience in stores, inventory control, and logistics.

Qualifications

• Receive, inspect and record all incoming raw materials, elevator components, spare parts, and accessories.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP or inventory management software.
• Monitor stock levels and initiate replenishment requests.
• Issue materials to Production, Installation, Commissioning, Service, and Maintenance teams based on MRNs.
• Ensure proper documentation for all inward and outward material movements.
• Conduct periodic stock verifications and inventories.

Atom Lifts India Pvt Ltd is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Stores & Logistics Executive to manage inventory, warehouse operations, logistics coordination, and material dispatch. The successful candidate will ensure the efficient movement of materials from procurement to production, installation, and service teams while maintaining accurate inventory records and supporting timely project execution. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, inventory management knowledge, and the ability to coordinate effectively with multiple departments.

Requirements

• Receive, inspect, and record all incoming raw materials, elevator components, spare parts, and accessories.
• Ensure proper storage, identification, and preservation of materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP or inventory management software.
• Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels and initiate replenishment requests.
• Conduct periodic physical stock verification and inventory audits.
• Issue materials to Production, Installation, Commissioning, Service, and Maintenance teams based on approved Material Requisition Notes (MRNs).
• Ensure proper documentation for all inward and outward material movements.
• Monitor material consumption and maintain traceability.
