Job summary

MetaforgeIT solutions is seeking an Inventory & Stores Management Executive to oversee stock levels and control material flow. You will inspect, store, and issue components, ensure traceability, and maintain accurate ERP/MRP records.

Collaboration with procurement, quality, and project teams is essential to resolve discrepancies and uphold compliance. The role requires strong documentation skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Excel for inventory reporting.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of inventory management and store operations.
  • Experience in incoming material inspection and verification.
  • Understanding of electronic, electrical, and mechanical components.
  • Strong documentation, record-keeping, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory reporting.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain high inventory accuracy.

Responsibilities

  • Manage inventory levels and maintain accurate records of all materials, components, and consumables.
  • Perform receipt, storage, identification, and issuance of components in accordance with established procedures.
  • Inspect received materials for quantity, part number, physical condition, and documentation compliance.
  • Coordinate with Procurement, Quality, and Project teams to resolve discrepancies related to incoming materials.
  • Ensure proper storage, handling, preservation, and traceability of electronic, mechanical, and sensitive components.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through periodic cycle counts and physical stock verification.
  • Update inventory transactions in ERP/MRP systems and generate inventory reports as required.
  • Support audits by maintaining accurate inventory records and material traceability documentation.
  • Coordinate material returns, non-conforming material segregation, and vendor returns.
  • Ensure compliance with ESD, safety, quality, and company store management procedures.

Position: Inventory & Stores Management Executive
Key Responsibilities:
