Position Summary

Safety Projects Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced Store Manager responsible for efficient management of raw materials, consumables, inventory control, and stores operations within a fabrication manufacturing environment. The role involves ERP-based inventory management, material traceability, stock monitoring, and coordination with production and purchase departments to ensure uninterrupted plant operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage raw material inward and outward activities.
  • Ensure proper Goods Receipt Note (GRN) management and documentation.
  • Maintain ERP-based inventory control and stock accuracy.
  • Implement and monitor batch traceability systems.
  • Control consumables inventory and usage tracking.
  • Ensure minimum stock levels are maintained for critical materials.
  • Conduct physical stock verification and reconciliation.
  • Monitor scrap generation, handling, and reporting.
  • Control material issue processes as per production requirements.
  • Implement and maintain FIFO (First In First Out) practices.
  • Coordinate with Purchase, Production, and Planning departments for material availability.
  • Maintain stores documentation, inventory records, and audit readiness.
  • Support continuous improvement in stores and inventory management processes.
  • Batch traceability and documentation
Qualification
  • Graduate / Diploma in Mechanical, Industrial, or related field preferred
Experience
  • 3–7 years of experience in Stores & Inventory Management within metal fabrication.
