Job summary

Avani Estates requires an experienced Stores/Materials Associate to manage the receipt and issue of cement, steel, pipes, and electrical goods at site. You will maintain bin cards, stock lists, and filing of stores records along with GRN/bill reconciliation.

The role emphasizes accuracy, integrity, and strong documentation skills, including GRNs, indent raises, and material reconciliation to support timely site operations.

Qualifications

• Educational qualification: B.Com / M.Com.
• Proficiency in Excel and MS Office.
• 5 years of experience in stores/materials management.

Responsibilities

• Receive materials like cement, steel, pipes, and electrical goods at site, day or night.
• Check gate entries for materials received.
• Issue slips for materials delivery and maintain stock records.
• Inspect scrap loading and maintain bin cards.
• Maintain stock lists and filing of stores records and GR bills tally.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Receive materials like cement, steel, all pipe line, and electrical goods etc. at any point of time irrespective of day or night at site
• Checking of materials received Gate entries
• Materials delivery by issue slip
• Inspection of the scrap loading
• Maintenance of Bin Cards
• Stock list for purchase of goods
• Filing of stores records and G.R. Bills tally
• Gate entry check-up
• To issue all the materials in the store
• To maintain the register of the materials in store
• To prepare the challans of all the materials issued
• To prepare all the GRNs and attach it as a supporting document with the bills
• To raise indent time to time as per the requirement of materials at site
