Job summary

Avani Estates in Kolkata is seeking a Store Keeper to manage construction materials, receive items 24/7, and ensure accurate gate entries and stock records.

You will issue materials, maintain bin cards, prepare challans, and uphold housekeeping and security in the store.

Responsibilities

• Receive materials like cement, sand, pipes, and electrical goods at site, any time.
• Check materials received against gate entries.
• Deliver materials by issue slip.
• Inspect scrap loading and maintain bin cards.
• Maintain stock list for purchases.
• File stores records and tally GR Bills.
• Check gate entries and issue all materials from store.
• Maintain register of materials in store and prepare challans.

Key Responsibility Areas

• Receive materials like cement, sand, all pipe line, and electrical goods etc. at any point of time irrespective of day or night at site
• Checking of materials received Gate entries
• Materials delivery by issue slip
• Inspection of the scrap loading
• Maintenance of Bin Cards
• Stock list for purchase of goods
• Filing of stores records and G.R. Bills tally
• Gate entry check-up
• To issue all the materials in the store
• To maintain the register of the materials in store
• To prepare the challans of all the materials issued
