About the Role

The Operations Team Lead (TL) is responsible for the seamless execution of day-to-day store operations at our Indore location. This role demands a high level of integrity in financial transactions and Cash Register Management, while leading a diverse team to meet service and efficiency benchmarks. We are seeking candidates from high-standard retail environments such as Metro, FMCG, Landmark, or Shoppers Stop.

Responsibilities

• Front-End & Cashier Management

• Cashiering Excellence

Direct oversight of cash register handling, ensuring 100% accuracy in billing, reconciliation, and secure cash-office procedures.

• Conflict Resolution

Act as the primary point of contact for customer escalations, ensuring professional and timely resolution.

• Financial Integrity

Ensure all front-end processes strictly adhere to company audit guidelines and financial safety protocols.

• Team Leadership & Performance

• Mentorship

Lead, motivate, and guide a diverse team of associates to achieve daily operational objectives.
