Responsibilities

• Manage key member segments like Resellers, HoReCa & O&I and drive engagement activities.
• Drive store traffic and engagement through campaigns and outreach.
• Ensure stock availability for top items and monitor vendor service levels.
• Maintain stock receipt documentation and control damages/shrinkage.
• Coordinate with vendors for stock returns and ensure smooth check-out and billing.
• Track P&L monthly and focus on sales/margins and controllable costs.
• Oversee store facilities maintenance, licenses, pest management, and housekeeping.
