Job summary

GHR Lakshmi Urbanblocks Infra in Hyderabad is seeking a Store/Inventory Coordinator to manage daily store operations and material inventory for high-rise luxury residential construction projects.

You will receive, inspect, and verify construction materials against purchase orders and delivery challans, maintain stock registers, arrange proper storage and handling, and coordinate with procurement and site engineers to ensure timely material availability.

• Receive, inspect, and verify construction materials against purchase orders and delivery challans.
• Maintain accurate stock registers, material receipts, issues, and return records.
• Coordinate with procurement, site engineers, and contractors for timely material availability.
• Ensure proper storage, handling, preservation, and identification of construction materials.
• Monitor stock levels, identify shortages, and initiate material replenishment requests.
• Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
• Maintain records of cement, steel, electrical, plumbing, and finishing materials.
• Ensure compliance with material safety, storage procedures, and company inventory policies.
• Prepare daily and monthly inventory reports and support internal and external audits.
