Job summary

Dapp Consultants Bangalore is seeking a Store Manager/Store Director with 8-12 years of experience to oversee all showroom operations in India. The role focuses on customer satisfaction, sales growth, and effective team leadership.

You will be responsible for opening/closing the store, staff training, inventory management, VM upkeep, and reporting. Strong vendor coordination and market awareness are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of relevant retail/store management experience.
• Proven ability to lead sales teams and deliver floor training.
• Experience in inventory management and vendor coordination.

Responsibilities

• Store opening and closing.
• Delivering floor training sessions.
• Conducting periodic review of staff performance and learning needs.
• Arrange product demonstrations with help of FAs.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards across the store.
• Prepare sales and customer relation reports.
• Identify and investigate customer complaints and suggestions.
• Maintain inventory by monitoring stock levels and predicting demand.
• Set monthly/weekly sales targets for staff and managers.
• Manage vendors (AC, Electrical, UPS, Generator, etc.).
• Stay updated on market trends in the retail industry.

STORE MANAGER / STORE DIRECTOR - 8-12 years work experience . CTC Range 8.5L pa - 12L pa

Monitor and control ALL aspects of the Showroom, responsible for

Customer Satisfaction & Sales

1. Store opening and closing
2. Keeping track of regular training programs , Delivering Floor training sessions.
3. Conducting periodic review of staff job results and learning needs with the help of other Manager(s)/ Supervisor(s).
4. Arrange proper demonstration of merchandise with the help of FAs.
5. Making sure that the VM of the entire store is well maintained and up to date.
6. Prepare Sales and Customer Relation Report
7. Identify and investigate customer complaints and suggestions.
8. Maintain inventory by checking merchandise to determine inventory levels; anticipating customer demand
9. Setting up monthly/weekly target for Sales Staff, Supervisors, FAs and other Managers.
10. Manage Vendors (AC, Electrical, UPS, and Generator etc.)
11. . Be updated of market trends prevailing in the retail industry.
