Job summary

Airtel is seeking a Store Operations professional to manage daily store activities, ensure SOP adherence, and optimize product availability across our retail outlets. You will oversee inventory, merchandising, and budgeting while coordinating with marketing, finance, and HR to maintain consistency with broader company policies.

The role requires a full-time graduate degree with at least 3 years in retail operations and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Education: Full-time graduate degree; MBA/PGDM optional.
• Total experience: 3+ years in retail business operations.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word & Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Manage & ensure operations align with SOPs and store guidelines.
• Control inventory levels, perform stock checks, coordinate with supply chain for availability.
• Oversee visual merchandising to keep displays on-brand.
• Track transactions and budgets to meet financial targets and optimize costs.
• Collaborate with central functions (marketing, finance, HR) to ensure alignment with company policies and integration of in-store & online operations.

• Control inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and coordinate with the supply chain for optimal product availability.
• Oversee visual merchandising efforts, ensuring that product displays and store layouts are appealing and on-brand.
• Effectively track transactions and budgets for store operations, ensuring cost-effectiveness and financial targets are met.
• Collaborate with central functions such as marketing, finance, and HR to ensure alignment with broader company policies and to maintain integration of in-store & online operations.
