DJT Retailers Pvt Ltd is seeking a capable Store Manager to oversee daily store operations in Gurugram. The role focuses on driving sales, delivering exceptional customer service, managing staff, and maintaining SOPs. You will control inventory, reduce shrinkage, and monitor expenses while ensuring data accuracy and timely reporting.

The candidate will train store staff, conduct on-the-job training, and lead by example to meet business targets and maintain store hygiene and compliance.
