Role & responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations, ensuring efficient use of resources and optimal customer satisfaction.
• Drive order fulfillment efficiency for Food category (FMCG, Staples, Fresh) ensuring high pick rate and on-time dispatch
• Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, stocking, and maintaining stock levels.
• Lead a team of retail staff members to achieve individual and collective goals.
• Ensure quality, hygiene, and freshness standards, especially for perishable food items
• Monitor and reduce shrinkage, damages, and expiry losses
• Track KPIs such as fill rate, order accuracy, turnaround time (TAT), and customer satisfaction

Preferred candidate profile

• 2-5 years' experience in retail or related field (FMCG industry preferred).
• Strong understanding of retail operations, supply chain management, and leadership principles.
• Proven track record in managing teams effectively to achieve business objectives.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work independently as well as part of a senior executive team.
