Job summary

Monte Carlo in Hyderabad is seeking a Store Operations specialist to oversee daily store functions, ensure adherence to brand standards, and drive sales performance.

You will lead and train the store team, maintain exceptional customer service, manage visual merchandising, inventory, and ensure compliance with policies while generating timely MIS and reports.

Responsibilities

• Store Operations: Manage day-to-day store operations, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to company standards and processes.
• Sales & Targets: Drive sales performance and achieve store revenue, conversion, productivity, and other business targets.
• Team Management: Lead, motivate, train, and monitor the store team to ensure high performance and employee engagement.
• Customer Service: Ensure excellent customer experience by maintaining service standards and resolving customer concerns effectively.
• Visual Merchandising: Ensure proper implementation of visual merchandising, product displays, store ambience, and brand guidelines.
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock availability, inward/outward movement, replenishment, stock accuracy, and minimize shrinkage.
• Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, grooming standards, and statutory requirements while maintaining timely MIS and store reports.
