Job summary

Bestal Hr in Bengaluru is seeking a Store Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day store activities and inventory control. You will lead staff, drive efficiency and ensure stock availability to meet customer demand.

Responsibilities

• Manage complete day-to-day store operations.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stock audits.
• Monitor inward/outward stock, shrinkage, damages and expiry control.
• Lead, train, schedule and motivate store staff.
• Achieve productivity and operational KPIs.
• Monitor P&L, operating costs and profitability.
• Ensure timely replenishment and stock availability.
• Maintain SOP compliance, safety and housekeeping standards.
• Coordinate with warehouse, procurement and logistics teams.
• Resolve customer escalations professionally.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly operational reports.
• Drive process improvements and continuous operational excellence.
• Ensure statutory, audit and company policy compliance.
• Handle manpower planning, attendance and performance management.
