Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and achieve targets monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
• Lead, motivate, and manage the store team for high productivity and excellent customer service.
• Monitor inventory, stock replenishment, visual merchandising, and store presentation per brand standards.
• Handle daily store operations including opening/closing, cash management, and policy compliance.
• Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate teammates to boost performance and engagement.
• Analyze sales reports, customer feedback, and KPIs to improve store profitability.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly to maintain high service standards.
