Job Summary

The Store Manager will be responsible for the overall performance and day-to-day operations of the store. The role requires strong leadership, sales orientation, customer service skills, and the ability to manage a retail team effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the store.
• Drive store sales and consistently achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
• Lead, motivate, and manage the store sales team to deliver excellent performance.
• Set individual and team sales targets and monitor performance regularly.
• Ensure a high level of customer service and customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer queries, feedback, and escalations professionally.
• Build strong relationships with customers and encourage repeat business.

• Monitor inventory, stock movement, inward/outward processes, and stock accuracy.
