Role & responsibilities

• Drive store sales and achieve monthly and annual business targets.


• Manage end-to-end store operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning.


• Lead, coach, and motivate the store team to deliver exceptional customer experience.


• Monitor store KPIs including sales conversion, average bill value, footfall conversion, and productivity metrics.


• Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained as per brand guidelines.


• Handle inventory management, stock replenishment, and shrinkage control.


• Maintain compliance with company policies, SOPs, and audit requirements.


• Resolve customer concerns effectively and ensure high customer satisfaction levels.


• Plan and execute local store-level initiatives to drive business growth.


• Preferred background in fashion, handbags, accessories, footwear, lifestyle, or premium retail brands.


• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.


• Good understanding of retail KPIs and store profitability.


• Excellent communication and customer service skills.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
