They ensure accurate stock records, manage procurement, coordinate with installation teams to meet deadlines, and utilize ERP systems to maintain optimal inventory levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Inventory Control: Oversee receipt, storage, and issuance of materials, ensuring accuracy through regular cycle counts and physical audits.
• Site Support: Coordinate with site in-charges to determine materials needed and track consumption to prevent shortages.
• Procurement & Logistics: Place orders with purchasing departments for materials, managing vendor receipts, and ensuring materials are delivered to the right location.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate documentation of inventory levels and project material consumption, often using computerized ERP systems.
• Storage Management: Ensure solar components are properly stored to prevent damage.
