Sadbhav Futuretech is hiring a Store Manager / Store Incharge for its Ground Mount Solar division in Chhattisgarh. The role focuses on end-to-end site store operations, material receipt, inspection, storage, and timely issuance to project teams.

The candidate should have 5–15 years of experience in Solar EPC, Power, Infrastructure or Construction projects and strong knowledge of inventory management, GRN/MRN processes, and material control on large project sites.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Role Overview

The position will be responsible for end-to-end site store operations, including material receipt, inspection, storage, inventory control, material issuance, documentation, reconciliation, and coordination with project teams.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing construction/EPC project stores and be comfortable working at large project sites.

Key Responsibilities

Material Management

• Manage day-to-day site store operations for Ground Mount Solar projects.
• Receive and verify incoming materials against PO, delivery challan, invoice, and approved specifications.
• Coordinate with Quality and Project teams for material inspection and acceptance.
• Ensure proper storage, identification, stacking, preservation, and handling of materials.
• Maintain proper records of GRN, MRN, material receipts, issues, returns, and transfers.
• Ensure timely issuance of materials to site execution teams as per approved requirements.
• Monitor material movement between warehouse, site, and project locations.
• Maintain proper control over high-value and critical materials.

Inventory Control

• Maintain accurate stock registers and inventory records.
• Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconciliation.
• Monitor minimum/maximum stock levels and identify shortages or excess inventory.
• Track material consumption against project requirements.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory/MIS reports.
• Identify slow-moving, excess, damaged, or obsolete materials and report to management.
• Ensure proper documentation of material returns and unused materials.

Solar Project Materials

Handle and control materials such as:

• Solar Modules
• Module Mounting Structures (MMS)
• DC/AC Cables
• Electrical Panels & Equipmenti"
• Transformers and associated electrical materials
• Earthing Materials
• Civil & Structural Materials
• Fasteners and Hardware
• Tools, Consumables and PPE
• Other project-specific materials

Coordination

• Coordinate with Project, Procurement, Planning, Quality, Finance and Site Execution teams.
• Coordinate with vendors and transporters for material deliveries.
• Ensure materials are available as per project execution schedules.
• Support project teams during material reconciliation and audits.
• Maintain proper communication regarding material shortages, damages, delays, and discrepancies.

Additional Responsibilities Store Manager

• Lead and supervise the complete Stores & Inventory function at the project site.
• Manage Store Incharges, Store Assistants and other store personnel.
• Establish proper systems for material control and inventory management.
• Monitor store performance and ensure accuracy of stock records.
• Conduct periodic stock audits and reconciliation.
• Prepare MIS and inventory reports for project management.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and internal controls.
• Identify opportunities to reduce material loss, wastage and inventory discrepancies.

Additional Responsibilities Store Incharge

• Manage daily store activities at the assigned project/site.
• Maintain material receipt, issue, return, and transfer records.
• Ensure proper physical arrangement and identification of materials.
• Maintain bin cards/stock registers and update inventory records.
• Conduct regular physical verification of materials.
• Issue materials against approved Material Requisition/Issue Slips.
• Report discrepancies, shortages, damages, and excess stock.
• Maintain proper housekeeping and safety within the store area.

Qualification

• Graduate / Diploma in any relevant discipline.
• Degree/Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Materials Management, Commerce or Engineering will be an advantage.
• Candidates with relevant experience in project/site stores will be preferred.
