Job summary

Iassess Consultants in Hyderabad is seeking an experienced Store Manager to oversee end-to-end store operations, drive sales and profitability, and lead a store team while maintaining brand and visual merchandising standards.

You will manage manpower, inventory, billing and POS operations, while coordinating with regional teams on promotions and business plans to ensure an excellent customer experience and strong store performance.

• Maintain Visual Merchandising (VM) and store presentation as per brand standards.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
• Monitor daily sales reports, KPIs and store performance.
• Ensure proper billing, cash handling and POS operations.
• Coordinate with Area/Regional teams for business plans and promotions.
• Ensure store hygiene, safety, security and operational compliance.
• Train and develop team members on product knowledge and customer handling.
• Analyse competitor activity, market trends and customer preferences.
