More Retail is expanding in South & Central Kerala and seeking a Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, lead a team, and ensure a high standard of customer experience. The role requires hands-on leadership in a supermarket/online grocery environment, with preference for supermarket/grocery experience.

Responsibilities include floor management, inventory oversight, shrinkage control, cashier supervision and maintaining compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a store manager.
• Experience in handling store operations and team supervision.
• Strong knowledge of merchandising, inventory and customer handling.
• Basic education is also considered.

Position Overview

The Store Manager will oversee the daily store operations, ensure smooth customer experience, and manage staff during assigned shifts. This role demands strong leadership and hands-on experience in supermarket or Online grocery chains

(Supermarket/grocery experience is preferable. Other Retail Experiences Apparel, Fashion, QSR- Quick service Restaurant, Lifestyle etc- having strong leadership and Retail Operations & Management experience also considered)
