• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning of all departments.
• Ensure proper store cleanliness, product merchandising, and visual standards.
• Monitor stock availability and coordinate with suppliers/warehouse for timely replenishment.
• Ensure accurate pricing and proper display of promotional products.
• Supervise and coordinate store staff, including cashiers, stock associates, and department employees.
• Assist with staff scheduling, shift planning, attendance monitoring, and performance management.
• Provide training, coaching, and feedback to employees.
• Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new employees.
