Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Jewelry Store Manager to manage the overall operations of the jewelry showroom. The person will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing the store team, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring smooth day-to-day showroom operations.

Key Responsibilities

Store Operations

• Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the jewelry showroom.
• Ensure the showroom is maintained to high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and security.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and applicable statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with head office, accounts, purchase, inventory, and other departments.

Sales & Business Development

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Develop strategies to increase showroom sales, customer walk-ins, repeat business, and customer referrals.
• Monitor daily sales performance and prepare regular sales reports.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling of jewelry products.
• Maintain strong relationships with high-value and repeat customers.

Customer Management

• Provide excellent customer service and ensure a premium shopping experience.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, negotiations, and escalations professionally.
• Build long-term relationships with customers and understand their jewelry requirements.
• Ensure proper follow-up with prospective customers and leads.

Team Management

• Lead, motivate, and supervise the showroom sales team.
• Allocate targets and responsibilities to team members.
• Monitor individual and team performance.
• Conduct regular team meetings and provide coaching and guidance.
• Support recruitment, training, and development of showroom staff.

Inventory & Stock Management

• Ensure accurate handling and accounting of jewelry inventory.
• Monitor stock movement, transfers, sales, returns, and displays.
• Conduct regular physical stock verification and coordinate reconciliation.
• Ensure proper documentation and security procedures for high-value inventory.

Reporting & Administration

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operational reports.
• Monitor expenses and ensure efficient utilization of store resources.
• Maintain customer records and sales-related documentation.
• Coordinate with management regarding sales performance, stock requirements, and operational issues.
