Job summary

Sirius Jewels is seeking a highly motivated Store Manager to lead our Himayatnagar, Hyderabad retail team. You will oversee store operations, drive sales performance, and deliver an exceptional luxury customer experience.

Ideal candidates have strong leadership, a solid track record in jewelry retail, and expertise in CRM strategies. You will recruit, train, and mentor staff while optimizing inventory, visual merchandising, and promotional activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 2-2.5 years of experience in retail diamond jewelry.
• Proven track record of sales leadership and team management.
• Strong understanding of customer service excellence and CRM strategies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of POS systems and retail software is an advantage.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
