• Ensure exceptional customer service and build long-term customer relationships.

Job Summary

The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations, sales performance, customer service, inventory management, and team leadership of the jewellery showroom. The role requires driving revenue growth, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering a superior customer experience while maintaining compliance with company policies and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day showroom operations and ensure smooth functioning of all store activities.
  
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and profitability objectives.

• Ensure compliance with operational, statutory, security, and audit requirements.
  
• Coordinate with procurement, finance, and regional teams for seamless store operations.
  
• Analyze sales reports, market trends, and competitor activities to improve business performance.
