Job summary

Smile Management Solutions is seeking a Store Manager to oversee storage, receipt, and issuance of construction materials and equipment at project sites. The role ensures accurate inventory, proper documentation, and coordination with procurement and site teams to support smooth project execution.

The candidate will maintain GRNs/MRNs, conduct regular stock checks, and ensure safe handling and labeling of materials.

Qualifications

• Receive and inspect all incoming materials and reconcile with POs.
• Maintain accurate inventory records for civil and MEP materials.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement for replenishment.
• Maintain GRNs, MRNs, issue slips and delivery challans.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect all incoming materials and reconcile with purchase orders.
• Maintain accurate inventory records for civil & MEP materials.
• Ensure proper stacking, storage, and tagging of materials at the site store.
• Issue materials based on approved material requisition slips.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the procurement team for timely replenishment.
• Ensure timely reporting of shortages, damages, or surplus stock.
• Maintain GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes), MRNs (Material Requisition Notes), issue slips, and delivery challans.
• Manage the receipt, storage, and issuance of materials, tools, and equipment at project sites.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records in the store management system.
