• Drive branch profitability and meet sales quotas; analyze market trends.
• Lead, train, and motivate sales and support staff; provide product knowledge on gold, diamonds, and gemstones.
• Build strong relationships with high-net-worth clients and resolve escalated complaints.
• Monitor inventory, conduct audits, manage visual merchandising, and implement loss-prevention measures.
• Ensure SOP compliance and prepare financial and performance reports for head office.

Key Responsibilities

• Operations Management: Supervise daily store functions, including cash handling, billing, opening/closing protocols, and maintaining strict security standards for precious metals and gems.
• Sales & Revenue Growth: Drive branch profitability to meet or exceed monthly and annual sales quotas. Analyze market trends and execute retail strategies.
• Team Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate the sales and support staff. Provide product knowledge guidance regarding gold, diamonds, and gemstones.
• Customer Relations: Build and sustain strong rapport with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and resolve any escalated client complaints.
• Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, conduct regular audits, manage visual merchandising standards, and execute loss-prevention protocols.
• Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to company standard operating procedures (SOPs), legal guidelines, and local regulations. Prepare financial and performance reports for the head office.
