Responsabilidades

• Drive store sales and achieve monthly/annual targets
• Manage day-to-day store operations: opening/closing, inventory, billing, visual merchandising
• Lead, train, and motivate store staff to ensure high productivity and service excellence
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure high repeat business
• Handle customer escalations and ensure resolution aligned with brand values
• Ensure compliance with policies, SOPs, and audit requirements
• Coordinate with HO teams (Merchandising, Marketing, HR, Supply Chain)
• Monitor stock levels, shrinkage control, and stock accuracy
• Maintain grooming, display, and visual standards per luxury brand guidelines

• Well-groomed, presentable, and brand-aligned personality

Preferred:

• Experience with premium or heritage jewellery brands
• Local market knowledge of the city
