Job summary

Lawman is seeking a store manager to oversee daily store operations in Mumbai Suburban, drive sales, manage a diverse team, and maintain Lawman brand standards. The role focuses on achieving targets, optimizing inventory, and delivering excellent customer service within SOP guidelines.

The ideal candidate will lead merchandising, supervise staff, and coordinate with regional and HO teams to ensure seamless store performance and a superior shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Manage overall store operations and team to meet sales targets.
• Ensure excellent customer service and adherence to SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
• Plan daily sales activities and staff deployment.
• Drive sales, conversion, ATV, UPT, and customer experience.
• Lead, motivate, and monitor store team performance.
• Ensure proper customer handling and service standards.
• Monitor stock availability, stock movement, replenishment, and inventory accuracy.
• Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation per guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with all company SOPs and operational processes.
• Control shrinkage, stock loss, and operational expenses.
• Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance reports.
• Conduct regular team briefings and provide product and sales training.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
• Manage staff attendance, grooming, discipline, and productivity.
• Coordinate with the Area Manager and HO team for store-related requirements.
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and ready for business at all times.
