• Inventory Control: monitor stock, coordinate with suppliers, audit, reduce shrinkage.
• Customer Experience: deliver excellent service, handle escalated complaints, maintain welcoming store.
• Compliance & Visual Merchandising: ensure layout, displays, signage follow brand guidelines; ensure local regulations compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Revenue Generation: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals by implementing promotional strategies, upselling, and motivating the team.
• Team Management: Recruit, train, schedule, and mentor staff. Address performance issues, conduct appraisals, and foster a positive, productive work environment.
• Operations & Financials: Manage the store budget, control operational expenses, handle cash and POS systems, and prepare P&L (Profit and Loss) reports.
• Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels to prevent stockouts, coordinate with suppliers, conduct regular audits, and reduce shrinkage/losses.
• Customer Experience: Deliver exceptional customer service, resolve escalated complaints, and maintain a welcoming in-store atmosphere.
• Compliance & Visual Merchandising: Ensure the store layout, displays, and signage adhere to brand guidelines. Ensure compliance with all local labour, licensing, and health and safety regulations.
