Role Description

The Store Manager role at Royaloak in Delhi, India is a full-time, on-site position responsible for overseeing all day-to-day store operations. The Store Manager will lead and motivate the store team, ensure exceptional customer service, and drive sales performance to meet revenue and profitability targets. Key responsibilities include managing inventory and visual merchandising, monitoring retail loss prevention measures, and maintaining store hygiene and safety standards. The role also involves handling customer queries and escalations, preparing daily and weekly reports, supporting local marketing initiatives, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. The Store Manager will work closely with regional leadership to implement business strategies and continuously improve store performance.

Qualifications

• Mandate experience in furniture industry.
• Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with a track record of creating positive in-store experiences.
• Effective Communication abilities, both verbal and written, to interact with customers, train team members, and coordinate with management.
• Proficiency in Store Management, including staff supervision, sales planning, inventory control, and visual merchandising.
• Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices to safeguard stock, manage shrinkage, and maintain compliance with company policies.
• Proven experience in retail or furniture store operations, ideally in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, based on store requirements.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with comfort using basic retail software and MS Office tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred, though equivalent experience may be considered.
