Job summary

Salad Days is seeking a Store Manager to oversee daily kitchen operations, manage P&L, and develop the team across our growing buffet of healthy salads and meals.

You will lead performance meetings, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure quality and compliance while driving customer satisfaction and efficient store economics.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of kitchen experience including managerial responsibilities.
• Culinary background or cooking arts knowledge is preferred.
• High school diploma required; culinary education a plus.

Responsibilities

• Master all menu items and preparation techniques.
• Manage store P&L and unit economics.
• Provide leadership and foster positive team environment.
• Serve as point of contact for B2B and subscription orders.
• Conduct internal audits for operational compliance.
• Coordinate with suppliers and corporate clients.
• Lead daily performance and planning meetings.
• Conduct review sessions to implement improvements.
