Job summary

Make Your Own Perfume [MYOP] in New Delhi is hiring for a Full-time Retail Sales role to meet monthly and daily targets and to manage store operations at Unity One Mall Rohini.

You will plan rosters for sales executives, execute on-floor sales strategies, arrange promotional displays and ensure SOP adherence while driving customer satisfaction and stock accuracy.

Qualifications

• Graduates with 4 year experience in retail sales with any B2C brands.
• Candidates with excellent communication skill and with passion towards sales.
• Candidates must be able to communicate in multiple languages.

Responsibilities

• Working towards monthly and daily targets.
• Store day-to-day operations.
• Plan day to day task & rooster for sales executives
• On the floor execution of sales strategy from the organization
• Develop and arrange promotional material and in-store displays
• Ensure adherence to SOP at store
• Stock Management
• Ensuring high level of customer satisfaction
• Excellent work ethic and time management skills
• Ensure adherence to Store etiquette and at store timing
• Maintaining accurate records
• Completion of monthly staff evaluation.
• Completion of all KPIs as defined by the organization
• Sales
• Inviting customer to outlet (Customer Approaching)
• Introduce customer to the concept of MYOP.
• Demonstrating and presenting products
• Support the customer to identify the right perfume
• Store cleanliness and merchandising.
• Cash deposit to bank or to the Payment collection team.
• Stock Audits
• Monitoring billings and sales on regular basis
• DSR and daily checklists.
• Monitoring staff performance.
• Placing stock request to HO
• Validating and receiving stock.
• Handling, resolving customer complaints and escalating to Cx dept if required.
