Job summary

Sharp Mind Amritsar is seeking a store-focused professional to drive retail sales and deliver outstanding customer service at the point of sale in a busy department store.

You will train and motivate staff to perform cross-sell, up-sell, and product linking, while managing daily sales, cash/card reporting, and petty cash processes. We value multitasking, strong communication, inventory control, and a keen eye for KPIs to ensure smooth operations and satisfied customers.
