Job summary

Dmartindia is seeking an experienced Store Manager to oversee operations across South India. The role requires strong analytical skills, decisive decision-making, and high computer literacy to manage daily store functions, inventory, and team performance.

With 10–12 years of relevant experience, you will lead store openings, ensure compliance, optimize manpower, and drive customer satisfaction while keeping stock levels optimal and losses minimized. Willingness to travel is essential.

Qualifications

• 10–12 years of store/retail/mfg/auto/QSR experience.
• Graduate or Postgraduate degree in any field; PG preferred.
• Experience across Hospitality/FMCG/Manufacturing/Automobiles, QSR industries.

• Timely opening of Store and adherence to all processes at store opening.
• Optimum utilization of manpower & Team Development.
• Customer Satisfaction/ Service, Avoid stock outs, loss of sale.
