Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience as a Store Keeper in a construction company or civil contracting firm.
• 2-5 years of experience in construction stores management.

Responsibilities

• Receive and verify construction materials against purchase orders and delivery challans.
• Maintain records of material receipts, issues, returns, and stock balances.
• Issue materials to site teams against approved requisitions.
• Maintain stock registers and update inventory in Excel or ERP software.
• Ensure proper storage and safety of cement, steel, tools, and other materials.
• Conduct regular stock verification and report shortages or discrepancies.
• Coordinate with the purchase department and site engineers for material requirements.
• Prepare daily and monthly stock reports.
