Job summary

Samosa Party is seeking a Store Manager Operations in Bangalore to drive end-to-end store performance, including sales, costs, and customer experience. You will lead the team, manage rostering, uphold SOPs, and ensure compliance with safety and licensing requirements.

The role reports to the Area Manager and requires 3–9 years in QSR/F&B operations, with a focus on delivering strong P&L results across outlets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality is preferred.
• Experience in QSR/F&B operations is desired.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a store and manage P&L.

About the Role

As a Store Manager, you will own the complete outlet operations including business performance, team management, customer experience, and operational excellence. This is a business leadership role with end-to-end accountability for store performance.

Key Responsibilities

1. P&L & Commercial Performance

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Monitor revenue trends and take corrective actions proactively.
• Control food cost, labour cost, and wastage within defined limits.
• Ensure accurate cash handling, POS reconciliation, and sales reporting.
• Participate in monthly business reviews with data-driven action plans.

2. Store Operations & SOP Compliance

• Ensure all products meet brand standards for taste, quality, temperature, and presentation.
• Drive adherence to SOPs including:
  • Food preparation standards
  • Kitchen hygiene
  • FIFO stock rotation
  • Cold chain management
  • FSSAI compliance
• Manage inventory, indents, shift scheduling, and equipment maintenance.

3. Team Management

• Hire, train, and retain high-performing team members.
• Prepare weekly rosters and manage manpower efficiently.
• Conduct regular performance discussions and provide coaching.
• Recognize strong performers and address performance gaps promptly.
• Build internal talent pipeline for future leadership roles.

4. Customer Experience

• Ensure fast service, food quality, and outlet cleanliness across shifts.
• Resolve customer complaints effectively at store level.
• Monitor and improve Swiggy/Zomato ratings and customer feedback trends.

5. Compliance & Safety

• Ensure all statutory licences and renewals are up to date:
  • FSSAI
  • Fire NOC
  • Health & Trade Licences
• Maintain hygiene and workplace safety standards.
• Report and document safety incidents immediately.
