Job summary

Biggies Burger is expanding rapidly and seeks an Area Manager to lead our Bangalore outlets. You will champion operational excellence, nurture a motivated team, and ensure delighted customers across 135+ stores nationwide—driving safety, quality, and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities cover inventory control, audit scores, staffing, hiring, training, and retention. You will champion local marketing, monitor KPIs, and push to achieve monthly targets while upholding a strong service culture.

Qualifications

• 12th Pass or Graduate in any stream.
• Experience in QSR or Hospitality is a plus (we provide training!).
• Fluent in English & Hindi; Kannada or Telugu knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operations & Inventory: maintain stock levels and audit hygiene.
• People Leadership: manage rosters, hiring, and retention initiatives.
• Guest Experience: train staff for effective order-taking and upselling; engage guests.

About the Role

Biggies Burger is expanding rapidly with 135+ stores nationwide. We are looking for a dynamic, \"people-first\" Area Manager to lead our Bangalore outlets. You will be the face of the store, ensuring operational excellence, a motivated team, andmost importantly—delighted customers.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operations & Inventory Management

• Maintain optimum stock levels through proactive Inventory Management.


• Ensure the outlet consistently achieves high audit scores for hygiene and safety.


• Manage daily store reporting and basic administrative tasks using computer systems.

2. People Leadership

• Staff Management: Handle duty rosters, rotations, and performance monitoring.


• Talent Acquisition: Lead the hiring process for new team members.


• Retention: Drive initiatives to reduce staff attrition and build a positive work culture.

3. The \"Biggies\" Guest Experience

• Lead by example in welcoming and greeting every customer.


• Train staff on effective order-taking and upselling techniques.


• Engagement: Interact with guests to ensure a delightful experience.


• Reputation Management: Collect customer feedback, encourage online reviews, and manage online review responses professionally.

4. Business Growth

• Implement local marketing strategies to increase sales.


• Monitor store KPIs and ensure monthly targets are met.
