Job summary

Heisetasse Beverages in Surat invites applications for a Store Manager to lead day-to-day operations, drive sales, productivity, and profitability targets, while ensuring smooth functioning of the store.

You will recruit, onboard, and develop the store team, coach performance, manage cash handling, inventory, and billing, and ensure compliance with SOPs, QA, and audits to deliver outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; hospitality/retail background preferred.
• Experience leading teams in retail, QSR, caf, or hospitality operations.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate in any discipline (Hospitality/F&B/Retail preferred).


• 3-5 years of experience in retail, QSR, caf, or hospitality operations, with team handling experience.


• Strong leadership and people management skills.


• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills.


• Good knowledge of store operations, cash handling, inventory, and compliance.


• Ability to achieve sales and operational targets.


• Proficient in MS Excel and POS systems.


• Willing to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.


• Ability to handle pressure and make quick operational decisions.
