Qualifications

• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints professionally.
• Achieve operational and business targets set by the company.
• Implement and maintain 5S workplace management practices to ensure a clean, organized, safe, and efficient store environment.

About the Role

Bigbillion Food & Beverages Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and responsible Store Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our store. The ideal candidate should possess leadership qualities, good communication skills, and the ability to manage store operations, inventory, hiring store people, staff, and customer service efficiently. Freshers with strong learning ability and leadership potential are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Manage overall store operations and ensure smooth daily functioning.

Supervise store staff and maintain a positive work environment.

Handle manpower planning, sourcing, hiring, onboarding, and scheduling of store employees.

Monitor employee attendance, productivity, and performance.

Ensure proper stock receiving, storage, inventory control, and replenishment.

Maintain store cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards.

Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints professionally.

Achieve operational and business targets set by the company.

Implement and maintain 5S workplace management practices (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) to ensure a clean, organized, safe, and efficient store environment.

Ensure daily store cleanliness, hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards are consistently followed.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.

Freshers & Experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Experience in retail, supermarket, FMCG, or food & beverage store management is preferred.

Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.

Experience in manpower recruitment and staff management.

Basic knowledge of inventory management and billing systems.

Ability to work under pressure and solve operational challenges efficiently.

Good computer skills (MS Excel, MS Word, POS systems preferred).
