Job summary

Genxlead in Bengaluru at Nexus Mall, Whitefield, Bangalore, seeks a Store/Outlet Manager to oversee daily operations, drive sales targets, and protect profitability while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; apparel industry experience is preferred. Evening, rotational shifts, weekends, with Mon-Thu days off may apply.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Store/Outlet Management or similar roles.
• Experience and knowledge of retail loss prevention techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service experience.
• Strong understanding and ability to manage operational procedures and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent leadership qualities, including the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Responsible for overall store operations, Sales Target, store profitability.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or similarly related field.
• Experience in the apparel industry is preferable.
